9. Why Storage Provider status shows offline?

If your storage provider ID status shows "Offline" as in the picture:

Please check your storage provider connectivity:

1. Visit https://console.filswan.com/#/tools/checkDataCap

2. Click "Tools > Check Storage Provider Connectivity" > enter your Storage Provider ID and wait for the result

If the result says "Storage provider is unreachable":

Please refer to the doc below for configuration and check the connectivity again.
